• This Frank Lloyd Wright Design Decorative Cube Box measures 2.75" High, 2.75" Wide and 2.75" Deep. It weighs about 9 ounces.
• The design source for this petite Trinket Box draws on Wright's method of construction, unique to his Southern California houses, known as the Textile Block System, and used in the Samuel Freeman House (1923). Individual precast concrete blocks were woven together creating an interlocking construction system. The design on this trinket box is an adaptation of this block pattern, composed of large squares and chevrons in a geometric and asymmetric design.
